Please start your text with your Exact Name on the order, Vehicle Year, and Model at the beginning of your message. Messages should be short and concise. If a response from us needs more that 2 sentences or requires more information from the customer for us to help them, then a phone call will be needed and asked for.

You should quickly get a reply back or asked to call when we are available depending upon the type of support needed. Thank you for using our text support feature.
Bear in mind that text support should be used for simple or quick response and is NOT your primary support option. Many things in text may be interpreted different and may need an actual phone call. If you are asked to call you must make the call to accurately help or respond to any support issue.
